“Using Occumi to access my five personalised skills has been a good experience, the process was easy and I was not intimidated to do it as I wasn’t overloaded with information. It is really useful as it also allows you to download the chart which you can then use for your CV or just to reflect on.
I feel the five core skills I was presented with were really true to my past experience and gave me a great insight into how I can use and develop them in the future. From using this process, in terms of developing my confidence, on a scale of 1-10 I would rate it at a 7.
I am going to use my knowledge and transferable skills in future recruitment and different stages of the recruitment process.
