Racism is a topic that must be addressed in order to be eliminated.
What happened to George Floyd in America was a tragedy, and something we have to work together to prevent from ever happening again.
It’s important to remember that racism is not just America’s problem… societies around the world need to change and that includes the UK.
From our perspective, social inequality against minority groups is one of the cornerstones to racism in society that contributes to many issues such as the lack of representation of black individuals in positions of influence.
We will continue to fight against this inequality by working hard to ensure that skin colour is not a barrier to young people understanding the value of their skills.
